These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of marketing services provided by S5 Growth ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Thiago Iki De Santis. By purchasing any plan or engaging our services, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms in full.
1. Services Overview
S5 Growth provides done-for-you marketing services for estheticians, therapists, beauty professionals, and small studio businesses. Our services include content strategy development, social media content creation, branded graphic design, email newsletter creation, blog/SEO article writing, Google Business Profile management, and monthly performance reporting.
The specific deliverables for your plan are described on our website at s5growth.com/pricing. We reserve the right to update service descriptions as we improve our offerings, provided the core deliverables of your active plan are maintained.
2. Service Plans
All plans include a brand brief, content strategy, and a monthly content calendar tailored to your business.
Starter Plan — $199/month

Pro Plan — $999/month
- 30 branded social media posts per month (1/day) on Instagram + Facebook
- Static and carousel content, delivered ready to post or posted for you
- Brand brief, content strategy, and monthly content calendar
- 4 email newsletters per month
- 4 blog/SEO articles per month
- Google Business Profile setup and optimization + 4 updates per month + review responses
- Monthly performance report with video walkthrough
- 2 rounds of content revisions per month + priority support
3. Onboarding & Client Responsibilities
After purchase, you will complete an onboarding form providing business details, brand guidelines, goals, and account access. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Incomplete onboarding delays the start of your content cycle.
For Growth and Pro plans: we deliver all content ready to post. If you'd like us to post directly to your accounts, share access to Meta Business Suite and Google Business Profile during onboarding. If you prefer to post yourself, we'll deliver everything via shared folder. Both options are included in your plan.
4. Content Delivery & Revisions
Your content cycle begins on the date your first payment clears. Content is delivered within 5 working days of each monthly cycle start date.
After delivery, you have a 2 working day review window to request revisions. If no feedback is received within this window, the content is considered approved and will be scheduled/posted as delivered.
Revision allowances per plan:
- Starter Plan: 1 round of revisions per month
- Growth Plan: 2 rounds of revisions per month
- Pro Plan: 2 rounds of revisions per month + priority support
A revision round covers changes to captions, hashtags, image selections, or posting schedule within the same content batch. Requests beyond the included rounds may incur additional fees at our discretion. Revisions must be related to the original content brief; requests for entirely new content direction count as a new batch.
The strategy document includes 1 round of revisions. Strategy revisions must be submitted within 2 working days of delivery.
5. Billing & Payment
All plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically each month on the same date. Pricing is as listed on our website at the time of your purchase.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period. Promotional pricing, coupons, or annual discounts are governed by the specific terms of each offer and do not modify these general Terms.
If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, services will be paused until the balance is resolved. We are not obligated to deliver new content while a balance is outstanding.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing contact@s5growth.com with at least 10 days notice before your next billing date, or through the Stripe customer portal link provided in your account.
- Content already created and delivered is non-refundable
- If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to receive service until the end of your current billing period
- No partial-month refunds are provided
- We will deliver any content currently in production at the time of cancellation
7. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
All plans include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund of your first month's payment by emailing contact@s5growth.com. This guarantee applies to your first billing cycle only and does not extend to subsequent months.
8. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by contacting us at contact@s5growth.com. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
9. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content created by S5 Growth for your business (captions, graphics, blog posts, emails, strategy documents) becomes your property upon delivery and payment in full. You may use, modify, and distribute this content as you see fit for your business.
Stock images used in content are licensed under their respective platform terms (Pexels, Unsplash, Canva) which permit commercial use. We do not guarantee exclusivity of stock images.
S5 Growth retains the right to use anonymized examples of our work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.
10. Use of AI-Assisted Tools
S5 Growth uses artificial intelligence tools to assist in content strategy development, caption writing, graphic design, and market research. All AI-generated content is reviewed, edited, and approved by our team before delivery. We take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of all delivered content, regardless of the tools used in its creation.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of this engagement. This includes but is not limited to: business strategies, customer data, account credentials, pricing information, and financial data. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.
12. Data Protection & Privacy
We collect and process the following data to provide our services: business name and contact details, brand guidelines and visual assets, social media account access credentials (stored securely), website and marketing analytics, and content performance data.
We use this data solely to deliver the services described in your plan. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services (e.g., posting to your social media accounts, sending emails through your email platform).
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@s5growth.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Account credentials are stored securely and are only accessed by authorized team members for the purpose of content scheduling and posting. We recommend changing your passwords if you terminate our services.
13. Limitation of Liability
S5 Growth provides marketing services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific results including but not limited to: follower growth, engagement rates, revenue increases, or search engine rankings. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
14. Termination by S5 Growth
We reserve the right to terminate service if:
- Payment cannot be collected after Stripe's automatic retry attempts
- You engage in abusive or threatening behavior toward our team
- You request content that promotes illegal activities, discrimination, or harm
- You fail to provide required account access for 30+ days, preventing us from delivering services as described in your plan
In the event of termination by S5 Growth, we will provide written notice and deliver any content already in production. No refund is provided for the current billing period.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Kansas City, Missouri.
16. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
